What exactly are annual accounts?
With the exception of sole traders (ZZP), every business owner must submit annual accounts to the Chamber of Commerce. This must be done annually, and the content of the annual accounts is determined by the size of your company. Larger companies, for example, must submit more and different information than smaller companies. The content of annual accounts must always include a balance sheet, a profit and loss account, and explanatory notes. These annual accounts are made available by the Chamber of Commerce for a fee. You can request the annual accounts of any company to see if it is financially healthy.
What do we do for you?
We prepare the correct annual accounts for you that align with the size of your business. We distinguish between two different reports, namely the fiscal annual accounts and the business economic annual accounts. The second option provides a more specific picture of your company’s financial situation, while the fiscal annual accounts are a much simpler report. We ensure that your annual accounts are submitted on time and meet the requirements applicable to your type of business. This prevents fines and complications with the Tax Authorities.
